Your membership to Baby Mind and Spirit service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Rules of On-line  Conduct. As a member or Advertiser , you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on Baby Mind and Spriit, , or transmit to other Baby Mind and Spirit members.
       
• You will not list or transmit to Baby Mind and Spirit or to its employees;  any  abusive, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, inaccurate,  racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
       
• Baby Mind and Spirit reserves the right , but has no obligation, to reject any profile or image that does not comply with these general rules of conduct.  Baby Mind and Spirit has the right also to reject any blog entries that are used for self promotion and advertising,  unless mutually agreed upon.
       
• You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any illegal products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other baby mind and spirit members.

• You will not list, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

       
Indemnity by Member. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Baby Mind and Spirit, its  employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the Baby Mind and Spirit, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
       
Online Content. Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Baby Mind and Spirit service are those of their respective users.   Baby Mind and Spirit Users are  solely responsible for such content and Baby Mind and Spirit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice,or statement made. Under no circumstances will Baby Mind and Spirit be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on Baby Mind and Spirit,  or transmitted to members of Baby Mind and Spirit.
